Success isn’t easy and it shouldn’t be easy. Else there wouldn’t be any motivation to succeed.

The other day, I was reading the book “Atomic Habits” by James Clear and there was this particular quote of his that struck me –

He says, “When nothing seems to help, I go and look at a stonecutter hammering away at his rock, perhaps a hundred times without as much as a crack showing in it. Yet at the hundred and first blow, it will split in two, and I know it was not that last blow that did it—but all that had gone before.”

The difference between success and failure is “persistence”. The winners persisted with what they were doing without worrying about the lack of results until the day they were called “Winners”.

And probably that is why success isn’t difficult.
